Add support for silent installation for Displagent. This is useful for a SaaS company, for example, that issues families of devices to each of their customers and wants to automatically and easily silently install Displagent to those devices.

This might require me to add CLI arguments to Displagent on startup. For example, continuing with the SaaS company example above, they may want to configure each new Displagent installation to automatically use a certain type of Microsoft Integration.
