Create a centralized Displagent manager in the form of a web app (doesn't need to be a desktop app, so no need bothering with it).
Potential use cases for the web app:
  • Track/manage device IDs.
  • Check device heartbeats.
  • Manage/check device alert schedules.
  • Manage/check alert settings.
  • Check device usage history? (e.g. What report was playing at 2pm?)
  • Issue report commands?
