Fix the bug that ignores the inactive flag for Report Slideshow items when a Report Slideshow item is disabled on the build page. Check for Compound Slideshow items, too.

On Linux machines only, there is a menubar bug where the menubar is incorrectly visible and incorrectly invisible at the wrong times - they are swapped with each other when they should not be. Fix this so that the menubar disppears when appropriate.

Add error handling for navigation items in Report Slideshows that are no longer valid. For example, a Report tab that has had its ID changed - this will break the navigation logic in Report Slideshows and break the slideshow. We need to show the user that the item in question is no longer valid with a popup.

This feature was partially implemented, but it has a few loose ends in the code that need to be tidied up.
